ACP (Deputy Director)

1- M.C.A. or B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communications from a recognised University established by law in India or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by the Government. OR M.Tech. degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronics and Communications from a recognized University established by law in India or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by the Government. OR M.B.A. (IT) from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised as eqivalent thereto by the Government. AND 2-Three years’ post qualification relevant work experience in legal entity such as Government Organizations/Government Undertakings/Public Limited/Private Limited Companies etc.

Vidhi Rachnakar

i- Bachelor of Law (2 years Course under the old Scheme and 3 years course under the new Scheme or a Bachelor of Law (Professional) of a University established by law in India ii Must have had English and Hindi as the subjects (at least one of them being optional) in the B.A. examination.
