Donald Trump and Joe Biden were supposed to be facing off in the second US presidential debate. Instead, they will be holding simultaneous -- yet separate -- town halls, and both will be televised live. The change of plans follows Mr Trump's refusal to commit to a virtual debate. One network will broadcast Mr Trump's town hall from Miami, while another will show Mr Biden's event from Philadelphia.
